Great song! Love the backwards effects, when they work right, they sound great! I must agree that the vocals could have been boosted a bit. The chorus is very erie, it the best part for sure... However that heartbeat seems to be receiving great review. I think there are some really cool mixing effects on Leplume's vox, in verse two there is a left and right mix that is done cool. Great job, and cool song!

Very good, eerie intro I must say. I would indeed like (particularily Mary's) vocals to be a bit clearer in the mix, I am quite captured by the melody though that you've found, surprisefull, interesting and very good. The effects to the vocals have that eerie quality that is persistent through the song, as well.
That guitar in the background when LS sings is beautiful!
Very nice melodic passage after 3 minutes, It's seriously my favourite part of the song and is very well done: I think you have an impressive ability to create melodies that belong together but still make up an unpredictable journey through the song, it's not often I hear that. You also seem to be well tuned in for "sparse" use of sounds to make up layers, which makes them all the more effective! Especially during that "after 3 minutes part" I feel you construct them very well, the first verse, for instance is perhaps a little bit crowded in the production, with all the (maybe?) "backwards piano-sounds".
This was both very interesting as a concept and very well done as a piece of melodic writing, great job!
I'd maybe like to have had a different break than the one that leads into that "after 3 minutes" section, it feels a bit like everything drops out there but all in all I'm impressed!

The music is outstanding and the production is so smooth I don't have to sit here and think about the production...so fuck analyzing it, the music compltely paints a vivid picture of a place that quite frankly, make the little hairs of my arms stand on end...Vocals are great on both parts, but LePlume really shines...this little Vampirette has captured my attention and commanded my admiration for her natural, gifted almost divine talent.
There are many seductive, self-annointed sirens around here, but they are merely minions. LePlume, imho, has truly (and brutally) established her rank as the high-priestess of the damned at DMusic or anywhere else, leaving all others simply clawing, scratching, hissing little pretenders to her throne.
Kudos to both of you. Buckets and buckets of bloody talent.
My highest marks.

Any song by "Damned In Eternity D.I.E." called "Let Me Bleed" is bound to be family entertainment, so lemme get the kiddies and the doggie, make some popcorn, BRB...
OK, here we are. Nice piano intro, sounds really cool. Mary your voice is wonderful, LS you sound evil hehe. The bass line gives me the creeps. The musical structure of this is freakin' genius, and it leads right up to that heartbeat which is way cool too I might add. You guys have me wanting to donate a pint or two. Or three. Hell I'll give ya four long as it's someone else's. Hehe the background melody before the at the end is A#1 too. Excellent & masterful work. Scary as hell too, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight. Do bloody ones count as wet dreams? I don't know but I'll be having them anyway. Thanks to both of you, this is

This is very kewl.... I’m getting a little Annie Lennox, in one respect I can see the logic of bringing the vocals more to the front. However I like the effect of the misty, foggy, hazy mysterious atmosphere this generates. A foreign language, Gregorian chanting, speaking in tongues capturing just enough clarity to draw you closer as the proverbial moth to the flame.
Amazing how dark and foreboding a solo piano can be in the right hands.
Produced and mixed very well... Contrapuntal vocals are very kewl. Musically performed well and a really good composition.
Very Kewl…….. This is Really Good – Well Done

This is a very dark, eerie, yet melodic piece. Great vocal harmonies in here, I dig! Nice mix too. The bass is another element that pops out at me. ANd the distorted guitar in the background is a great touch.

Awesome beautifulness on the piano intro. Mary's wonderful voice sounds like a particularly anxious ghost in big, scary, abandoned church. Good spoken word parts - I really like the arpeggios underneath. Like others have said your voices go together really well - and Mary's voice always sounds perfect genuinely dark rock songs. Good jobs, you guys, I hope you do a lot more stuff together.

I like the piano intro. The vocals and the bass line filter into the song in an interesting way. The percussion (tambourine?) isn't quite as effective in the early going.
I like the way that your mix sounds thick and alive. I like the backing vocals.
In this type of music, it's not unusual for the words to be a bit hard to make out, but I wished sometimes I could hear them a bit better.
I like that "heartbeat" break. The song has a "trippy" after-life feel that fits its lyrical themes and mood.
I like the tone on the guitar, which has a surreal fatness about it.
You've got good production skills. I think that the temptation with a work like this is to throw in the kitchen sink--in general, not a bad aesthetic choice in this genre, but sometimes I think that a bit more silence in the spaces might work better.
This is a very skilled, unique song.
Well done.

Excellent production for sure, everything in it’s place. Very Dark. Nice move between tonality and dissonance. Many interesting sounds flowing throughout, the piano is the glue as it leads subtly through the journey always as something to hold on to. The voices blend nicely and at times are almost undetectable as to who is singing---excellent EQ work—(or perhaps just recording technique) Well done indeed!

Listening to it now.. The intro piano part is a bit cheesy gothic crap. but once everything else comes in it becomes a beautiful piece of music. the vocals are good, espeacially the male voice. the quality is just about perfect. It would be nice to have some mid ground between the piano, the strange guitar noises and the bass and drums. Something just seems to be missing, it feels like there's a hole in the music. everthing else is good though it's just that the intro just does not do it justice.

Just listened to the 2 tracks you guys have on. They are sometimes a little too dark to my personal taste, but really not bad at all. I like the piano intro in this one, also like the contrast between the man’s voice (it feels like he’s telling a story) and the female singing voice. I saw you place it under dark rock, but cause of the whole atmosphere and drama the song breaths, it could be a soundtrack for a musical. Very nicely done.

I really liked your voice on this Mary, initially a lower register than i've heard before..and blends well into the male vocal...the heart beat (sound) was a sublime touch... this has quite a theatrical feel to it for me. loved the spoken vocal as well and the whispering backing vocals Pacing and suspense. Dark and haunting. Reminds me of churches in the dark. this song has a lot going on for it, a lot of different musical sounds. Very nice indeed.
